Ethnicity of Humanitarian Intervention

Introduction

The question regarding the humanitarian intervention if it can stop the violation of human rights has always been a burning issue since pass many years. It can be termed as the responsibility of international community in to take all the necessary steps and enforce all the measure for the prevention of deaths and sufferings that violate human rights (Roberts, 2001, pp.37-49).

Discussion

It has been debated that the humanitarian intervention includes the threats and the interventions regarding the military. It has been put forward in the debate that it can be termed ethical as well as justified intervention in order to prevent the violation of human rights and save precious lives of the people but the arguments become critical when it comes to the argument that humanitarian interventions has been imposed in order to safeguard national self- interest instead for saving the human rights and protecting human rights as it is not ethical. This kind of interventions in the critical situation could be lawful or unlawful depending on the connotations therefore it has been discussed in this essay to overview the situations and circumstances regarding Humanitarian intervention that remained dilemma since many years (Abiew, 1999, pp.112-117).

Ethnicity of Humanitarian Intervention

The ethnicity of the moral regarding humanitarian intervention has not been rationalized if the behaviors exhibited by all the countries are the representing delivering human rights in a positive or as negative way. It has been debated and doubted since many years in the past if the international community has the right to decide the situation and scenario in which humanitarian interventions could be imposed. Many controversies has been arose in the past for the authenticity of humanitarian interventions and participating of different nations in such event (Roberts, 2001, pp. 37-49).

The most considerable description is the participation of international community in the in order to prevent such issues and crisis. Many times, the steps that are enforced by countries can be appreciated to bring back the human sanity in the affected areas(Bellamy, 2006, pp. 143-170). The reason could be that many countries are not interested in the participation of their militants and putting them to risk in their matters of other nations. There are many nations that welcome the humanitarian intervention basically for their own benefits and interests. Rest of the nations will be interested in taking such step when they are requesting for certain benefits such as natural resources (Chesterman, 2001, pp.89-95).

On the other hand, the steps undertaken by international community for supporting humanitarian intervention in such circumstances can be explained as the differences of principles that could be applicable as a method to govern humanitarian intervention (Roberts, 2001, pp.37-49).
