Introduction

The culture that have been compared in this research are Native Americans (Indians) and Chinese. The genetic history of the American Indians is based in various fields, such as genetics of Y chromosome, the genetic mitochondrial, genetics autosomal and protein, which are converging at approximately the same story. The genetic patterns indicate that American Indians experienced several episodes genetic well marked: The first and foremost thing occurred with the initial peopling of America from Siberia, that of Paleoamericans, which would be the dominant factor in the number of lineages and genetic markers found today in indigenous populations. A subsequent settlement of peoples corresponds to Na-Dene of North America and one to the Eskimo-Aleut in the far north, all of them also from Siberia.
