Examining Communication Theory



Introduction

The communication in my organization can be identified by the hierarchy level. Both, formal and informal, communications used within the organization. The communication level can be identified by the horizontal and vertical level of hierarchy. My organization truly depicts it communication as relationship-constructing and a medium of strategic functions distribution. The Communication carries Team members simultaneously in the direction of widespread goals and objectives.

The two most widespread passages utilized to help achieve the goals and objectives through the communication are face-to-face formal communication, and electrical devices channels which could be in both ways formally and informally.

The chain of command is separated to give the authority and empowerment in every region so as to make the innovation and decision making strong. The only loss that organization faced due to this chain of command is the financial loss because of the lack of checking and balancing of the financial aspect.

Discussion

One of the biggest problems that arise in all companies is to unite a group of people to fulfill an organizational purpose. All these pose needs, interests, knowledge, experiences, expectations and other series of motivations. The administrator's role is to consolidate the variety of expectations in one common edible and amalgamated into a team I feel and experience in the same horizon supported by a communication mechanism that flow and flush all the fibers of the group.

We try to create "SYNERGY” through the efficient and effective working. The teams in my organization are a group of people that work synergistically to achieve a common goal. When this team works together, each benefiting from the knowledge, work and support of other members, which leads to greater productivity than that achieved by an individual's full working capacity.
