The Not-For-Profit (NFP) organization was established back in the year 1833 with an aim to provide a nurturing culture and to support as a helping hand to the foundling asylum program. As a matter of fact, the NFP the programs of NFP organizations have been subject to change over the period of time, however; the meets of the communities as well as those of clients are still revolving around the similar agenda, that is, to feel dignity, receive comfort, get guidance, to nourish quality human values. As a matter of fact, the mission of NFP organizations is to empower children, families and adults in order to endeavor their future prospects and a path that leads to a brighter future. Furthermore, it values embodies within the employees which are segregated into several teams, who feel loyal of being a part of this dynamic organization and exhibit optimism, leadership and service to the needy. In fact, the central leadership of NFP is aimed at creating a learning and dynamic organizational culture.

Primarily, the Not-For-Profit organization has several professional who are responsible for an amalgamated integration of values, which includes social workers, behaviorists, nurses, care workers, clinicians, doctors, teachers, mental retardation professionals etc. However, these professional are certified and are masters in their specific field of interest. In fact, these professionals serve as the backbone for NFP and provide all sorts of resources as well as service which are the need of the time. The institutions run by such professionals under the broad umbrella of NFT are schools, group homes, treatment centers, community centers, diagnostic units, and many other official programs. As a matter of fact, when such professionals and experts of their field align their vision with that of the NFP's strategic objectives and vision, this collectively participates towards a an optimal management of human asset, in terms of redirecting the specific talents and ideas through team development and the notion of competence utilization and ultimately right player in the market.

The organizational goals of Not-for-Profit organization are to encourage youth that is pregnant with any sort of disabilities and cannot foster their future milestone. In that regard, the NFP endure a dedication in nourishing a lasting service and care to communities. By and large, the leaders of the organization must have an eager to pursue the said influence among the lives of people along with appropriate guiding values as well as principles. However, in order to pursue this objective, the leadership of the NFP has to be ethical with a due tinge of competences along with good moral character and values, because the leaders have prime role in the cultural change at the organizational level. Since its inception, the leaders of NFP has remained successful in meeting such kind of desire and has also influenced others as well to work against a common agenda.
