Experimental Design

Introduction

The experimental design is a statistical technique for identifying and quantifying the causes of an effect in an experimental study. In an experimental design deliberately manipulated one or more variables, related to causes, to measure the effect on another variable of interest. The experimental design prescribes a set of guidelines on which variables need to manipulate, how, how many times to repeat the experiment and in what order to establish with confidence the need for predefined presumed cause-effect relationship.
