The reason for building a parking deck is that there is heavy traffic outside the campus everyday at rush hours. The visitors, students and faculty, all the people find it difficult to drive in front of the campus since it takes a lot of effort and time as well. Thus, the need for parking deck has become a necessity now.

This report deals with the need for the parking deck, alternatives to such big project and the financial requirement of such type of parking. I hope this report will convey the urgent demand in a convincing manner.

Catawba Valley Community College

Catawba Valley Community College or CVCC is an excellent institution providing education to the students who desire to have a comprehensive and innovative education in the relevant capacity. The college has the expert faculty and staff for various subjects, and provides the students all the facilities to the students under education in the college. Catawba Valley Community College helps in promoting an educational environment that concentrates on the diversity and globalization, academic excellence, the development of workforce and economy. All these elements along with the Student and Community Engagement are utilized by the college for the purpose of enriching the community and empowering individuals with the support of premier educational services and programs that focus primarily on the aspect of learning and teaching (CVCC, 2103). The institution works with a strong vision to manage and maintain the better standard of the excellence for services, programs, and various other relevant facilities for the community colleges in the nation.

The CVCC works in a systematic manner and maintains policies and systematic procedures for its functioning and education provision. It has formulated the administrative codes and organizational regulations for the purpose of managing its operation. Besides this, there are several legislations and rules for the academic instruction and curriculum courses. Other student services such as admissions, career counseling, placement tests, registration and refund policies are also guided by the policies and regulations maintained by CVCC. The employees and students at the Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) are expected and instructed to adhere to all the policies and regulations of the CVCC. In case of a failure to comply with the legislations and policy document, the management may take severe disciplinary actions against the students.

The CVCC has its own office and code for maintaining the security of the employees and other stakeholders. The Safety and Security Office protects and safeguards the staff, faculty, students and the property of College.
