This research paper focuses on a breach in financial ethics that take place in 2008. It would include the scandal of Wal-mart that is related to Mexico bribes. The aim of the paper is to explore the finance related ethical guideline that the organization should have implemented. Wal-mart is one of the biggest American Multinational retail corporations.
