A policy through which an administration or government does not differentiate against imports or get in the way with exports through giving subsidies to exports or applying tariff to imports called free trade. In accordance with the laws of comparative advantage, the rule allows trading associates mutual profits from the trade of goods as well as services (Krugman, 1987).
