Introduction

In the profession of psychology, the study of the human mind and human behavior are analyzed. The professionals of research psychology are accountable to examine the emotional, cognitive, social and physical aspects of human behavior. In the health service fields, psychologists are mainly responsible for providing mental health care in clinics, hospitals, schools or settings which are privately held. (Arnett 2008). In the applied settings, psychologists are employed such as government, business, organizations based on non profit, research conducting, industry and designing the system of organizations.
