Global Worming

Introduction

Global warming, evidenced by 100% of scientists, researchers and observers, is surely the biggest challenge and danger that humanity has ever faced. The melting of the polar caps is raising sea levels, and may in the coming decades, leaving under water most of the coastal cities. Agricultural lands are turning into deserts and high temperatures make the uninhabitable areas occupied today. The economic slump, the intense migration and natural resource scarcity install conflicts never before imagined. Human life on the planet could become unviable. As with any risk, this is also a great opportunity to reflect on what got us into this terrible situation, to rethink the direction of humanity, the way we live, consume, produce, organize ourselves in society, our values. After all, the devastation of the planet is occurring by human action and not controlled by any terrorist or revolutionary group (Zhang, 2012).

Background Information

As a primitive science and delayed, which deals with a complex system and involves formidable physics equations, and several unexplained features, as that field is now faced with a certainty that escapes stronger science. And what exactly is this assurance that there is a global warming on the numerous facets of the issue. Many of you will be able to see that this is not rhetoric of science. The important thing, however, is that the science they do not have to do with global warming. Accept it simply makes life easier. For a much larger group of scientists, the fact can make ambiguous statements or even meaningless provides the fuel used by alarmists. This catastrophic political bias leads to increase funding for science. And that is a factor that encourages not contest the box end of the world. In a political movement, a primary task is to have on your side the sources of power. The process of co-opting on behalf of a political movement had an extraordinary influence corrupting science especially because the subject is part of the game of money, publications and promotions (Massawe, 2012).

Part 1

The relationship of science to policy on climate change is a dispute of numerous economic, political and environmental interests. Providing the scientific basis for policy decisions, the Science of Climate Change also presents differing views, with the persistence of numerous uncertainties about the contribution of human activities in increasing the average air temperature on Earth's surface. In order to launch a discussion of conflicts of interest, we tried to list the evolution of the theme of climate change, the actors involved, with the participation of government representatives and the scientific community - showing a clash of opinions of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and Non-Governmental Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC), followed by a brief discussion of the uncertainties inherent to science and its relationship with the scientific consensus. The article concludes that there is still scientific controversies about anthropogenic global warming, and raises some questions in an attempt to induce reflections of true political interests and global priorities (Choi & Fisher, ...
