The world's economy has now become more globalized. The companies are increasingly focusing upon catering the wide international market. The trade barriers have been made flexible to great extent so as to promote the trade activities. The international trade and increased globalization have given many benefits to the companies as well as to the economies of the countries.

In order to operate the business globally, the business companies make use of various strategies and approaches to comply with the standards that are set in the highly competitive markets. The companies use multiple strategic approaches to go international and across the globe and to sell their products and services to the target markets. While going internationally or globally, the companies are required to greatly focus upon their marketing and advertising activities. The marketing activities are of great importance as it has direct and significant impact upon overall campaign of the company. The marketing activities involve a number of essential activities ranging from the pricing, promotion, selling, distribution, targeting the market, supplying channels etc, thus marketing aspect involves making the product available to the target customers to satisfy the needs and requirements of the customers. There are various ethical factors that are advertisers and marketers are required to be careful about. These ethical factors makes responsible them to not to exaggerate the product qualities and attributes, they are responsible to clearly communicate what the product posses, they should not be involved in attacking the products and brands of other competitors while advertising their own products.
