Introduction

Goal setting is a phenomenon that gained its importance in the recent times. However, at this current time organizations tend to set their goals in fair advance before anything bad happens with the organization. Thus, in this paper, focus is on dynamic departure from the usual articles and studies on the advantages and disadvantages of goal setting in organizations that are written and published daily. However, one can say that advantages are way above the negative implications of goal settings in the organizations which the following part of the paper will highlight.
