Life has also thrown many challenges to me, and I want to deal with them bravely. Learning never ends- All Seas and oceans of knowledge cannot quench my thirst of learning. I have always engaged in a progression of questioning for success, until I found the concept of “Success” (Wingate, 2007). The goal and aim of my life was to achieve my masters' degree in Human Resource Education, and I am on the right path. To get expertise in wealth, global human resource trends it becomes fundamental for me to gain comprehensive and strong knowledge of business study. The area of higher education is an interesting, deep, and diverse subject that includes all theories and models of human resource practices, recruitment, and policy making of a firm. I have a strong leadership, and self motivation skills and qualities. It is the perfect platform, which can help me to increase my understanding and academic skills in Human Resource Education.

I have the motivation to succeed, as I remember the time I was appointed as a Training and Testing Coordinator, USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72)/Puget Sound Naval Shipyard 2008-2010, I was very nervous on my first day. Though I knew a lot about the process improvement and was even good at training people for specific requirements at the Shipyard, however, the level of question those were asked during the training or the supervisory period, I felt quite motivate at some point, when the trainees are themselves satisfied after taking the training. Personally, I know I have become much more confident about standing in front of a classroom full of students and talking about the finer points of the subject. I still remember the very first day of my teaching career, on which I avoided writing anything on board the first afternoon because my hands were shaking so vigorously. I have come a long way since then. I have learned a lot from the critique and feedback by classmates and tutors, observation of peers and experienced teachers, and from self-reflection. Observing the teaching style of an experienced colleague during his lesson taught me a very valuable lesson - I learned it was important to engage students in conversation rather than assume the role of a traditional teacher.
