Healthful Living and Demands of Daily Hassles
Introduction
Healthy life style is the way of living that lowers the risk of dying earlier or being seriously ill. Not all the diseases are preventable. However if, preventative measures are taken than large proportions of death due to coronary heart diseases and lungs cancer can be avoided. From scientific research, it is found that there are certain types of behaviors that lead to serious illness and early deaths. Here, we will focus on the lifestyle which when followed will improve the health of people so that they can live healthier and longer lives.
A way of living that helps a person to enjoy more aspects of life is called healthy life style. Health is not just about avoiding disease or illness. It is about physical social and mental well being too. Healthy life style gives courage to one to face the daily life hassles confidently and with great courage. When a person adopts healthy life style, it provides more positive inspiration for other members of its family, especially children. It also provides a better environment for others to grow up in. By helping others to follow healthier life style a person will be contributing for their wellbeing and enjoyment of life now and in the future (WHO, 1999).
