Further, this paper would analyze the results of respondents of who are trained and untrained. Moreover, this paper examines the rating of perceived exertion of the respondents (RPE).

Discussion

The heart is a muscle very adaptable to physical activity as sedentary. The difference as compared to a skeletal muscle such as biceps is that if we have a weak biceps and surrounded by a good layer of fat, this will have a very little impact on our daily lives. But a weak heart can lead to death much earlier than expected. Death from heart problems and cardiovascular system, in middle age, is the leading cause of death in developed countries. Many of these could have been avoided with a healthy lifestyle, which comprises of many things including at least forty minutes of exercise (Garrett and Kirkendall, 2000).

Many studies claim that a person of 65, who makes a planned hour of physical activity a day, will be in much better physical condition than a sedentary person of 40 years. It seems incredible, but true. We can drastically slow down many changes that occur with age.

In people who exercise with aerobic gymnastics jobs or enlarged heart chambers and down the beats per minute and to improve voltage and transport capacity of blood, reduce blood pressure and increase the quality and density of red blood cells.
