I agree with the statement that history is a never ending process. With every passing time, the time that we spent becomes the history. In everyone's live there is a point comes when they are forced to know or obtain information and knowledge about history or the happenings that occurred in olden times. However, this is not necessary that everyone would seek to understand the meaning of the past themselves voluntarily or by their own wish. Certain events can make people learn about the past. Learning and getting information about the past is imperative to us. It lends a hand in tracing the evolution of mankind, culture and traditions.

Historian is an essential figure in today's society. The role that the historian must fulfill is to recover the remains and provide information about the past. While providing information and while updating someone with the knowledge of past, historians should make sure that they impart correct and accurate information as it can alter beliefs and notions. Historians are people who interpret the unexpected role of political actors that come into play stimulated by a hegemonic model that creates insecurity and frustration. One can think that history, unlike other disciplines, for example, Nuclear Physics, at least does not hurt anyone. However, the reality is different. Historians can also hurt or harm the society by providing wrong facts about the history (Richard, 2010).

In order to get the information, we use different sources. To obtain information, there are different sources such as the primary source and secondary source. People rely on original documents, witnesses of the past, to recreate the stories that took place in the past.
