Likewise, it is planned and proposed for a poor nation, Cuba has through extraordinary steps in limitation mother-to-child spread in HIV and AIDS. HIV infection follows the pattern of transferring the blood disease that affects directly to the morality and the transfusion of blood (UNAIDS, 2009). Cuba symbolizes a significant substitute case where reserved communications reserves shared with an intense and collective health policy have produced health rank actions; it is equivalent among those of developed countries like United States.
