Introduction

The movie Hotel Rwanda is based on real life experience of genocide of the people of Tutsi at the hands of extremist people of Hutu. In this movie, there are certain barbarous civilians highlighted, also showed the prestigious efforts which hotel manager (Paul) performed. He strives and uses all his contacts and intelligence for the sake of survival with his family and help all those people who sheltered in hotel to avoid being killed. This movie highlighted some social issues in broader term we can cap those issues under genocide, or we can consider such issues in the form of ethnicity, minorities, race, prejudice, discrimination, stereotypes, scapegoats, genocide, terror, and majesty.

Discussion

Hotel Rwanda embark upon the ugliest incident that had been taken place in the recent history, when the minority people got in trouble against the majority of Hutu extremist. On the other hand, rest of people look at them instead of helping them. The beginning of the film took place in 1994, a few years before the horrific events. The main character is (a Hutu ethnic) managing the most illustrious hotel in Kigali (the capital of Rwanda). Paul, played by Don Cheadle, a successful man by the standards of his country, which has influential connections, as in the leadership of Rwanda and among top people in other countries (Rwafa, 2010). The main thing for him is to provide a virtuous life to his family, and keep them safe from any harm. But, here are terrible Tutsi rebels shot down the plane in which the Presidents of Rwanda, a Hutu ethnic.

These developments are transforming street clashes in gruesome massacre, which began to die, and hundreds of thousands of people who are not dangerous. Then people seemed to average citizens, do or die, hiding in a hotel and save his family, ...
