Introduction

Culture has different meanings in different places and varies from place to place. For some people, it means good literature, music, arts, sports, food, traditions, customs, norms, languages, religious aspects, government and dresses. Anthropologists truly said that culture shows the human values learned in a full range. Tylor said that culture is "that complex whole which includes, knowledge, belief, art, law, morals, custom, and any other capabilities and habits acquired by man as a member of society." (Edward B. Tylor, 1871). It does not limit to men but also women create it, as well.

Culture is a powerful human tool for living. It is the way of life, customs and traditions that accepted by people in the society. It is variable and easily lost because it is present only in our minds. The buildings which made by us, our governments and other man-made things are part of culture but mainly they are not the culture. Archaeologists cannot find culture directly in their findings. One's primary identity is its culture and it remains on constant relationships (Okabe, 1983).

In this essay, we discuss the most important thing the influence of culture on the medical system. The diseases caused due to depression. The factors which are the foundation of depression for the immigrant's.The recovery of the patients when they go back to their native places.

No nation could rise on the world map without undergoing cultural changes. The migration from one place to the other, struggle in the achievement of the separate states, the revolutions, the fighting for rights also bring impact on cultural values also leave certain effects on the mind of the people of  society. These cultural aspects also affect the medical system of the societies. The health, minds, physical and mental health also affected due to cultural changes. The mass migration from one place to the other place is the most difficult thing in history in which people have to leave their homes, families, life styles, education, business, and properties and to shift at other new place. That new place is unknown for refugees, and they have to start everything from the beginning, and they have to reshape their lives. They have to face the new cultural values, norms and traditions of that society. This migration will now affect their minds also leave certain impacts on their culture. Many people will now face the health related issues due to these cultural changes. The changes are certainly negative for many people as these effects create the depression in minds, increase in the crime rate, desperateness, drugs addiction and certain other things. The discussion is all about the relation of the medical system to the culture of different people and how it affects the individuals in certain ways.
