ABSTRACT

The researcher has chosen the topic of underage drinking behavior and its consequences. The researcher is studying the underage drinking behavior in UK. The researcher will fulfill the following research questions in this research

How health promotion is effective in controlling underage youth drinking behavior?

What are the factors that influence the drinking behavior of underage youth?

The researcher has used the qualitative research method to study the research questions. The instrument of interview questionnaire has been used to study the underage drinking behavior. The researcher has touched extensive literature on the given topic. The legal aspects and related laws have also been touched by the researcher. The researcher took interviews from the underage children involved in drinking. The researcher analyzed the research questions and presented the findings in the findings section. The researcher found out that the underage drinking behavior can be regulated through health promotions. The health promotions can be used effectively to cure underage drinking. The researcher concluded that health promotions should be used positively to influence the underage drinker to let go drinking.

The researcher recommended that future research can be done to study the impact of health promotions on different gender. This way the differences on impact of health promotion behavior on males and females will be analyzed.

Introduction

Underage drinking is a socially accepted phenonmena despite being a crime. Children all over the world are involved in underage drinking without worrying about its consequences. It is high time that the parents and society take a step to solve this problem before it destroy the youth health.
