Introduction

This paper will be emphasizing on presenting the processes in which the World Trade Organization holds influence on Intellectual Property Rights or Agriculture. The WTO is an organization that aims to control and slackens the international trade. The World Trade Organization tends to deal with the trade regulations among the listed countries. However, this organization presents a structure for formalizing and negotiating agreements of trade and resolution process for disagreement that focuses on enforcing participants in relation to agreements of WTO that are signed by the representatives of governmental members and authorized by their parliaments. The market economy is characterized by exchanges that are competitive, transparent, while capitalism is monopolistic and dominant. The latter, to be able to develop "rests successively or simultaneously in trade, in the usury, in the long-distance trade, in office administrative and earth, safe and value in addition, much more than one can think, confers an obvious prestige facing the same society. However, this paper will be focusing on the impact of WTO on intellectual property rights.

Discussion

This part of the paper highlights economic and protectionist theories and in the light of the theories the main focus is on the functions of global environment. Today most economists agree that the development of free trade promotes economic development. Just like a specialized producer in a good can sell their surplus on the market and buy goods not produced, each nation can engage in the activities that produce better and acquire other goods and services to other nations. Thus, total production increases, since each manufactures do best (Reuven , 2008). It is seen that with the expertise, which is achieved by establishing a trade without barriers, increasing production. All countries that liberalize their mutual trade are benefiting from more efficient production.

Free trade means the trade undisturbed. The free trade policies bear the idea of ??competition between companies to the international arena. If the increase in the number of competitors promotes efficiency and therefore wealth creation, that matter the nationality of the company. In globalized economies today, free trade embodied in the absence of trade barriers between countries, allowing to implement the idea on which is based the theory of comparative advantage: when a country produces goods and services in which no comparative advantage, is wasting resources that could get the same goods and services at a lower price in the international market ...
