Introduction

Human resource management refers to the process of selection, evaluation, and recruitment of the employees within an organisation. Kazakhstan is considered as the bridge between two major continents, Asia and Europe. The entire economy of Kazakhstan is based over the oil and gas sector that produces around 85% of the revenue. It is very important for Kazakhstan to increase their productivity for the sake of their economy. For this reason, higher management of the industries formulated certain strategies for better productivity. Human resource practices are considered as the major strategy for the selection of most appropriate candidate that will result in the better productivity.
