Introduction

To run the companies it is important to meet the international standards about the affairs of human rights and employees. The companies and the inter departments are designed to fulfills the market demand and customer`s demands as well. The diluted system of command governs by the leaders and the managers to form the strategic alliance to meet the business collaborative approach of strategic policies integration in order to remove the down sides of the business risk. The HR plays the important role where the strategic activities are designed and implemented to reduce the risk evolving criteria in the business. HR department is the governing body works after the leader's instructions. In this paper, the discussion is made to know the internal facts of long term and short term strategies and policies of HR department towards the downsizing. HR can ensure the smooth processing of downsizing. It can increase the moral of downsized employees and maintain the motivation of remaining employees (Fowler, A. 1999, pp.97-106).

Morals in Management

Management`s aim is to utilize the maximum utility of the employees in long run of a business to maintain the level of outcomes with minimizing the cost and expenditures of the company. And the main theme of the management is to give the maximum benefits and the motivations to the employees on individual performance. It is the responsibility of HR department to design the motivational system and rewards programs for the performances and to evaluate the individual performances and give them their suitable remunerations and incentives. One of the main responsibilities of the HR department to evaluate the business strategies, if the company is going from the crises, HR has to play his role to overcome the burden of debt. The downsizing is one the drawback of the company but sometimes management has to go for the downsizing aspect because of surfing the crises period. It is responsibility of the HR department to guide the employees to follow the management ethics of the company`s. Successful managements are those who retain their employees and customers to enhance the business opportunities and activities. HR can ensure the smooth processing of downsizing. It can increase the moral of downsized employees and maintain the motivation of remaining employees.

Downsizing

Downsizing refers to a managerial decision and implementation stage of the company`s strategies. It is a system of downsizing the departmental employees according to the business needs and matching the market`s standards. The downsizing only happens when the department of the company is not producing effectively the revenues either the large amount of expenditures exerts on the department. It is the business level activity includes the managers and the leaders to evaluate the department`s performance that at which extent department is meeting the company`s requirement.
