Introduction

Human rights have always been an important issue among the governments and their citizens in almost every country. The authorities seek to eliminate those activities that violate basic human rights of people. Many non-governmental organizations are also working internationally to watch out such acts and to counter them. War

War can take many forms, it remains fundamentally it is attached to the structure. The man in the sense of humanity only becomes dangerous when it is social. It is also for this reason that it would be futile in the evolution of weapons technology, a way to make peace. Also in the defense of human rights, the problem is not how to avoid war, but how to manage or more precisely how to turn. Combating discrimination is an essential component of decent work and achievements impact far beyond the workplace. Discriminatory practice at workplaces or during recruitment increases the possibilities of crimes among the victims because they lose hopes and their talents and skills go in vain (Trentham and Larwood, pp. 1-28). Owing to this fact, they become involved in criminal practices in order to survive in the society and to let out their frustration.

According to the people of West, the Drug law enforcement has imposed a Darwinian effect of “survival of the Fittest”.
