Introduction

Thinking about right and wrong is something that has occupied the professional circles for a long time. However, one thing is what we think is unethical rationally. Another thing is our true feelings we have stored within us. Discussion

The case represents a major ethical dilemma since the aspect of long lasting life of the office machines cannot be proved with full authority. The party to the case is quite right in claiming that the aspect of long lasting product cannot be proved merely with the appreciation from customers. In addition, use of an effective toner would also be a huge cause of ethical concern since it cannot be proved with authority. The company is ethically wrong in claiming these two prospects since these two prospects cannot always be proven with authority. For tackling the competition, it is necessary to maintain a competitive edge with the use of low cost methods as well as differentiating the company on the basis of low cost.
