The first element of the implementation program is “focus” in which management would make it certain that program is associated with organization technical direction and for that, it is imperative for the management to constantly interact with every member of the organization including (top management, executives, and employees).

A proper communication and understanding of training requirements would enable the associates of the program to sensibly device strategies for resource allocation; develop necessary strategies for efficient marketing and promotion of training program across the organization (Della, 2013e).
