In the past and even up till today several people, countries as well as economies have criticized the failures faced by this intelligence. Once named as the favorite intelligence because of their work is now under constant criticism also stated by people under the term of 'Continuous Decline'. This down fall of the United States intelligence is at several occasions questioned to the Intelligence higher authority officials in the state as well as country level. The security of all the people of United States of America is in the hands of this Intelligence workforce. Mishaps conducted by this workforce means losses of lives; these losses of lives is not in a small number but is an enormous wave of citizens (West and Nigel. 1987).

The US Intelligence defends the workforce communicating it as a mishap; despite the impressive technologies, they are working with they can even make errors. The main problem with the United States intelligence that is bringing them to such a major downfall mentioned by the senior officials is that the enemies are using better and advance technologies than them. Dissatisfaction is stated by the army officials on the performance of the intelligence force (Laquer and Walter 1993).

The main concern of this paper is the base that makes the United States Intelligence weak or in broader terms let down the citizens as well as the so called supreme intelligence force. There are a number of issues related with the accidents made by the intelligence over the years. One thing that is highlighted with all the accidents made by the intelligence of the United States is that citizens are now having a fear whether the intelligence will perform the same par quality work as they use to do, or are these people now at the sake of the terrorist activities (Pincus, and Walter. 1995).

Human Intelligence also known as HUMINT is one of the oldest forces of the world. This force is said to be the most supportive intelligence by the army.
