Introduction

The China's condition with respect the healthcare has shown the tremendous success in the field of human resource training and management. Despite of showing steep decline in the allocated budget to the healthcare, the sector is still trying to show their best one. There has been observed the rising trend in life expectancy and morality of infant rate, different researches shown that the rising trend in life expectancy rate is mainly because of the lack of training and development in the nurses and physicians. However, this training was much better but due to cut down in the budget, the heath care is facing such issue like the lack of training in the staff (Grover, 2007).

Facing problem like such issue, China has now adopted the most innovative processes of human resource in health care to minimize the cost of training and development of nurses and physician and cover the cost within the allocated budget. This innovative process of training and development in China is now based on e-learning. This method of training and development is helping the healthcare in minimizing the cost at most. Previously, the issues to health and life risk that the healthcare was facing have reduced a lot with the continuous training and development (McKendree, 2006).

Discussion

Health care is the industry, in which training and development is the necessity and nurses and physician should always take it more seriously, as different diseases are observing every day, and it requires continuous training to cope with such diseases. As China has already taken in to the consideration of such diseases, the assistance of e-learning is helping a lot healthcare in maximizing their efforts (McKendree, 2006).
