Introduction

This paper discusses setting up of our company in Beijing, China for a new production facility in this geographic region. This requires hiring of many local workers for all aspects of the facility (e.g., production, supervision, shipping, and other line functions.

This report will include the description of the scenario for setting a company in Beijing, China. This will also include the comparison and contrast of the different cities of China for setting a business in a particular city by considering the availability of talent, Human resource and labor relations, flexibility of the wage bill, and labor and management relations, in that particular city. Our company has planned to set up the business in Beijing, Republic of China which is considered as the most developed city having a Gross Domestic Product of 73.2%.



Discussion

China is not influenced by any foreign or domestic credit inflow because it is not large enough in contrast to the overall capital that china has. And in china the state does not just withdraw its capital unless there is a political or social crisis. So it is safe to say that unlike other countries who had a boom similar to china, and when it collapsed the market forces withdrew their credit and because these countries banking system had a heavy net credit position which forced withdrawal of capital, china's financial system does not have any resemblance to the financial systems in these countries.

Analysis of need /availability of talent (host-country, parent-country, or third country)

Attracted by the opportunities of Chinese industry our company has focused to set up the business in Republic of china, Beijing. China has become the biggest factory in the world. Now China's economy strives to offer not just a cheap production, and complete supply chain. If you want to achieve an extremely low cost, China is one of the countries to which you should pay attention to. China is rich in talent and cheap labor is no longer the only advantage. Now the Chinese government is in the first place to spark innovation and high technology, which should be the main driving force of the national economy.

It therefore becomes necessary to refine the management of human resources by the talent, which requires in particular:

Identification of essential skills;

Emphasis on personal development (training, coaching, etc)

Building a corporate culture making the employee a member of a successful team and that it will be harder to leave, especially because of a strong relationship with his immediate superior (in which employees are trust most (78%), more than their leaders (65%);

Management teams in a good working environment in a country where the relationship to the hierarchy is paramount, even emotional;

Pay-off salaries (management of social security coverage for the whole family, fees, tickets to visit the parents);

The establishment of a retention policy based on career prospects
