Introduction

The company which is a US based company is determined to invest into a Romanian based firm. The Romanian based firm will manufacture the goods for the U.S. based company. The US based company has decided to send a manager and an accountant to the firm in Romania in order to explore the prospects of business. The home office of the US based company will send its employees to the firm in Romania. Prior to sending employees to the Romania, the US based company has decided to train their employees in such a way as they can successfully conduct their business operation in Romania. Extensive training will be provided to the employees which will enable them to deal with the compensation and repatriation of employees. Providing training to the employees is a crucial task as there is a huge difference prevail in the business culture of Romania and United States.

Discussion

The US based company intends to provide cross-cultural training to their employees who will be going to Romania. Adopting a new business culture for the employees can be challenging and interesting as well. Cross-cultural training will allow the employees to develop understanding about the prevailing culture o the other country. The chief motive of the cross-cultural training program is toallow the employees of US based company regarding the importance of culture. This training will equip employees with the knowledge which is necessary to understand the cultural differences and their implications. Hence, the U.S. based firm will therefore provide cross-cultural training to its employees. This traning eill enable employees to adjust themselves in the business environment of Romania.
