ABSTRACT

Internationalization has been a global, recurring phenomenon in today's modern, boundary less world of rapid development and technology. Although there is no definite or concrete definition regarding the discipline of internationalization, it has been identified as a process or a phenomenon of involving international enterprises and organizations in international markets. Background to the Research

With the concept of internationalization embedded in the society today, there are several avenues that need to be undertaken and considered in the light of the concept of internationalization. The Vinalines Shipping Corporation is largest Supply Chain Management Company that has been developed and designed under the call of the President of Credit Suisse. The company has been 100% owned by the government and has been supervised and improvised on accounts of framing its policies, rules, regulations and procedures.

The purpose of this research is to understand the credibility and reputation of the accounts of internationalization and it's powerful, yet delicate relationship with human resource management.

Research Question

The research question that shall help us tailor the paper is 'Impact of internationalization and human resource management techniques on state-owned enterprises.'
