Introduction

BestBuy is a company that has always intrigued me. Not only has the company but also the manager of BestBuy. I have always wished for a post of a manager. It is not because it is a bigger post, but just because I love to manage things and to hold an authoritative post which gives me control over others. This was the point that led me to arrange an interview with the manager of BestBuy Company to know the insights of the managing techniques used by such managers for their employees to flourish in their respective companies. My essay also summarizes how the manager of BestBuy manages his employees and his own tasks and responsibilities accordingly. The manager of BestBuy is the electronics store manager in charge of setting up consistency daily tasks and working effectively in a timely matter.

Discussion

As I started off with my interview with the manager of BestBuy, he seemed a pleasant man with a pleasant personality. He claims to be the manager of the electronic store of BestBuy. He claims that he has been a successful person throughout his life. Like every other person, he did make mistakes, and these mistakes were the only thing that made him a strong man around. Not only these mistakes made him a strong personality, but it also made him achieve what he has achieved today i.e. the managerial position at BestBuy. He further argued that in order to be a successful man, it is necessary to achieve a high level of experience and skills that will help to achieve your desired goals in order to overcome any type of hurdles that you face. He believes himself to be honest with work. He says he had never misled a customer. He has worked thoroughly with customers and has never cut corners. He had many other responsibilities which every good manager must have that include the managing, commanding, organizing, communicating and perfect leadership skills.

Nevertheless, I went on to ask different questions from the manager about how easy or difficult it I to hire or fire someone from his or her job, it is because as I told you before that I always wanted to achieve a managerial post, so it was necessary for me to ask such questions.
