Introduction

The following paper reflects interview conducted from Mr. Henry who is the manager of a day care centre “Kinder Care centre”. The Kinder care centre works for the children from age 1-12 for those ladies who goes for job in the morning and come back in the evening. Mr. Henry is the manager of the day care centre and his responsibilities are to supervise the staff working in the day care centre and management of finance. He is also responsible for the compliance and regulations along with the development of programs such as educational programs for plan lessons for children and scheduling of activities along with the coordination of the lesson plan. He is also responsible for the spending and the income of facilities and its management. He ensures the compliance of their state's specifying norms and the regulations. He lives near my area and I am conducting interview which will reflects his job description, his duties, his views and views for his the culture of organization.

What is your job description?

Designing the programs for the day care that are used in the day to day operations while scheduling activities for children to entertain and also education the children at the appropriate level to their age. Hiring and the supervising the staff is also the duty. Other administrative duties like record keeping, budgeting and maintenance of the client file are also his duty. To involve actively in the direct care of the children wherever possible. (Southam, 2010).

What is your salary?

After deduction of all the expense, the salaries are paid to him, not enough and never too much.

Do you have opportunity for promotion?

There is no opportunity for the promotion.

What do you do for the employee's motivation?
