It is the process in which an interviewer and an interviewee communicate together to show interests of the interviewee for the applied organization.

Five Major steps in Interview Process

Interview and Counselling Process

Every interview process starts with a warm greeting where the interviewee gives his/her first appearance and firmly introduces himself/herself to the interviewer. The first impression is always the most crucial part because that is what wins half of the interview. The nervousness at the interview process is very common for every interviewee because then it is the challenge for them to demonstrate their interpersonal skills and their ability to grab the interviewers attention towards them (Take It Over, 2013).

Right from the beginning of the interview, the interviewees communication skill is being tested from his/her temper and abilities of verbal, symbolic and non-verbal behaviours which interprets the physical appearance and the interpersonal skills of the interviewee.
