Introduction

Art is the oldest form of expression that elaborates the human activities. These expressions are crafted in different form of activities, like paintings, sculptures, literature, dance and many others. In the early ages, different styles of art were performed having different importance, varying according to different ruler ship times. Art and creativity has also been classified with science and religion.

The Great examples of Art performed with classification of religion could be none other then in time of Renaissance and Baroque. Religion has always had a unique importance but in the time of baroque and renaissance, the tension regarding religion was crafted in the form of sculptures and paintings portraying the activities and reactions of great leaders and heroes for influencing and motivating the current leaders. The figure of David could be used to distinguish between both the times and the style of art that was performed.

The statue of David was crafted by many artists, in multiple time eras but only two have the most significance. First, the statue was made by Michelangelo in the period of renaissance and then, later, in the Borghese era, the statue was artistically made by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. Renaissance became the rebirth of artists and their traditional work, enhancing sense of light and mediums in the sculpture. Whereas, in 17th century, the Borghese art used color with dramatic effects, improved expressions and emotions, were portrayed in the designing of the artisan.
