Furthermore, the study also incorporates an interview with the sales person as well as with the IT vendor. The responses of the interviews may greatly help the reader in understanding the significance of the IT solutions as well as the issues that are faced by the enterprises.

Discussion

Studies and researches demonstrate that, technology has provided effective and efficient ways to the businesses and organizations to perform their tasks in a more convenient way. On the other hand, it is also observed that, these organizations and businesses are also facing various issues and problems, regarding their IT systems and computers. All these IT issues may greatly influence the integrity and reputation of their business in the targeted market. In order to over come or resolve these issues or problems, it is necessary for the businesses to implement effective and highly integrated solutions (Voorsluys, et.al., 2011, pp. 2-4).
