Introduction

Nursing is a profession which is dynamic and remains focused on patient outcomes, including peaceful death. Nursing is an occupation that requires certain skills like tolerance and ability to treat the patients well. Today, nurses are viewed as careerists. A nurse is required to manage, plan, organize and control wards. Their duty includes checking patient care reports and entering data on an electronic system that is responsible for storing the information for the best use. Nursing have clear policies and rules governing their profession. It also provides quality care to patients and always seeks towards the welfare of the patients. (D'Antonio, 125-136)

Care work refers to the work of caring others and also includes unpaid care for family members and friends, as well as paid care for others. Caring work consists of taking care of children, elderly, sick, and the disabled. Caring work also deals in doing domestic work such as cleaning and cooking. As reproductive labor, care work is necessary to the continuation of every society.

Nurses furthermore cooperate with other healthcare professionals. The expert doctor relentlessly assesses and changes the patient's care design and adjusts treatments to accomplish the best likely outcomes (Kalisch, 39-56).
