Land Law: Case Analysis

Lease is a contractual agreement between landowner and tenant for a tangible property. This case discusses about the partnership of seven friends over the leasing of real estate properly. The event was entitled in the month of January of the last year. Lucrezia, Elizabeth, Anna, Guicciardini, Konstam, John and Antonio are key players of this study. The objective to study this case is to assess various measures during the transfer of title of lease. The story has interesting setting with leaps and bounds at different intervals of the setting.
