How Effectively the Law in England Responds to Social and Technological Changes

Introduction

The environment of UK is quite dynamic and so with the overall changes in society the needs and the desires of humans are also changing in UK. To cater the highly changing environment law also needs to be formulated in a way that is flexible and can also be changed according to the changes in the environment. As the time is passing the environment is also changing and so is the society along with the surroundings of the society. The change in the society and the environment is leading towards the increased change in the law and the regulations of all types and also is resulting in the changes in the whole legal system (Open University W100/Reader 1, 2010, pp.11-15).
