GE Leadership Program

General Electric has opened registration for its program of managerial leadership called, 'Experienced Commercial Leadership Program' or ECLP. This program is for those professionals working in the area of ??sales and marketing. Focusing on these disciplines, the program lasts two years and includes three rotations of eight months. The goal is to show the need for change in the strategic vision in the area of ??sales and marketing professionals and prepare to assume leadership positions in the company.

The selection process will consist of seven steps: registration, triage, English test, telephone interview, case study, panel review and final interview. GE seeks professionals with experience of five to seven years, with MBA or equivalent Masters. The interested candidate would have to possess skills in the sector, be communicative, and have geographic mobility, strong analytical skills, fluent English and necessary work visa.

The Management Leadership Program at GE (ECLP) was created in 2002 by the company's global president, Jeff Immelt. The program was created in order to strengthen the process of attracting talent from the commercial area and position the company as a reference in the area of ??sales and marketing, turning executives into leaders through leadership training and global ECLPs meetings with key executives of GE, leaving the trader connected with the business area, thus generating practical insights on the subject.

There are numerous leadership positions that need to be filled. These leadership positions are distributed in units of Healthcare, Aviation, Water and Energy. In addition, GE will also open registration for the leadership program in HR, Human Resources Leadership Program.
