In the following study, we will try to explore and analyze the basic concepts of leadership and its management in hospitality industry. The primary aim of the following study is to explore the role of leadership in effective management system and in enhancing the customer satisfaction of the hospitable industry. The following study will also analyze the significance of leadership and how various leadership traits can enhance the customer satisfaction in the hospitability industry. The following research study has adopted the quantitative research design which will help in data collection and analysis.
