Introduction

Project learning is very important for the development of the individual research skills, thinking strategies and research behaviors. Project work undertakes the creation, execution and finished production of an experiment, review, survey, etc. conception, contradiction, configuration, and confusion makes the nature of the project, dynamic. Different occasions arises which deals in identifying and solving several problems, making difficult decisions, creating new ideas, and controversies.

A project planning and its implementation is always learning for the similar future projects. A set of similar activities can be performed by elimination of all risks included in this project. If it is too difficult to organize the vagaries, then these can be broken down into another level of simpler descriptions. Therefore, managing a project becomes easy by implementing the simple steps. If an item is too complicated to manage, it becomes a list of simpler items. To make it sound more impressive and formal, people call this producing a work breakdown structure. Without following this formal approach you are unlikely to remember all the niggling little details; with this procedure, the details are simply displayed on the final lists.

This paper reflects on what you learned about interviewing, research, and consulting as a result of the term project. The project includes the description of making connections between people, art and community at the most grass roots level: in neighborhoods. The paper will include information about approach to the project, as well as what is done differently and what could be done, if the same type of project is done in the future.

Discussion

This project work includes three stages in general. In the first level of project work, a project is selected with the help of a teacher. Initial stage of reading for background information, building a reference list, interviewing experts, researching and taking notes, developing an outline, visiting sites, talking with peers, viewing films and ideas, and maps and illustrations are embarked after consulting a teacher for guidelines. These activities will build on the groundwork for the two latter stages. Therefore, it is very important to learn interviewing, research, and consulting as a result of the term project.
