Introduction

Argument always creates a nuisance in between any business deal. In this case, two friends Mary and Tom want to start their flowers shop business together. The combined company will effectual and beneficial for them because both are new and they do not have any experience to run a business. Being working altogether both will be satisfied and feeling comfort to run their business. The partnership act Queensland (Aus) 1891 Act has based on a partnership business trade and other segments that will deal on the partnership acts. The Act has commenced in 1892 that help to negotiate with the argument slightly. The act has defined nature of partnership, rules for influential survival of partnership and authority of partner to connect the organization or company (Morris, 1997).

Issue

Both friends were initially satisfied with their decisions, and in fact they fixed their responsibilities to run a flower shop. They has sorted that Mary will be responsible for leasing suitable premises to run the business form, means she will select the best place for opening their flower shop. Tom has responsible for buying the equipments that they need to run the flower shop. Both are very content and excited with the opening of new business. In the initial, Tom has selected best materials and quality of pots that would better for putting in the flower shop so; he ordered one hundred pots for Jane. Jane is another person that has a pots business. She picked the order that had given by Tom and send them one hundred pots for their new business. She not received single money; though send them an invoice for the record. Before collecting or ordered any more pots or other accessories that related to their flower business s, both partners have an argument that has negatively affected their new running business. Their argument has on an extreme level which has not permitted them to resolve their issue through face to face conversation. In short, both are not ready for no longer speaking to another. Enhancing a great issue, that one hundred pots payment is still due to give Jane which has sent pots without collecting even a single payment.
