Introduction

The most deplorable and saddest instance in a person's life arises when the adversity bestowed upon him pushes him to a position where he is compelled to endorse the most difficult, complex and abstruse decision of his life. This deplorable situation arises, when the most invaluable and relished endowment of nature is put to a deliberate question of continuity, which is life. Not being in a state where the soul can relish the colors of the world around him, on account of ailing and incessantly dwindling health, a person begins to lose the sight and worth of the augmented materialistic pleasures around him, and merely longs for a miraculous recuperation. The most pitiful state arises, when this most auspicious endowment is to be returned to its creator, at the will of person himself, or his loved ones.
