Introduction

The human rights Acts, 1993 is a complete legislative document which reveals all the aspects to protects the rights of human. The Universal Declaration of directly or indirectly served as a model for many national constitutions, laws, and regulations designed to protect fundamental human rights. Despite differences on many issues, more than 100 countries participating in the UN World Conference on Human Rights in 1993, reaffirmed "the commitment to the purposes and principles contained in the United Nations Charter and the development of the standards contained in existing international instruments in the field of human rights.” And any analysis of the role of the Declaration must begin with an analysis of its legal significance to national law and practice (WALLACE, 1997).
