Foreword

Head lice are blight of many parents and nearly every parent has faced the issue of head lice. The painless, wingless parasite known as louse (plural lice) lives in human hair and to be very honest id the grossest thing around and ironically the problem is very common among kids. Lice are not dangerous and cant spread diseases, however they are contagious and can be a source of huge embracement for parent and children both, and on top of that they are utterly annoying. Informing parents about lice in their child's hair is one of the most touchy issues people, specially, school teacher or school family advocates come across. While parents might not find it amusing but this story book is the best and painless way to bring up this unpleasant topic. It helps create awareness about the need of eliminating this embracing and annoying problem from children lives. BUGS IN MY HAIR

After the winter breaks started and I was enjoying my holidays, suddenly lice attacked my house and my holidays were completely spoiled. It was a direct outbreak. The first victim of lice was Peter but later on it quickly spread to my other family members.

We washed the hats and changed bed sheets, and those stuffed toys were evacuated to the basement so that no one can easily take them back. First of all, terrible anti-lice shampoo came with a bad smell. After washing our hair with this shampoo, severe hair combing was carried out by using a small comb. If any lice or its egg was discovered in the comb's teeth, it was instantly killed. We used to do this battle every night. My each family member reacted differently to this night battle.

Jack, who is 3 years old, rejected all efforts at cure with aggression and threats. It was a huge job for us to remove bugs from his head. Thomas just needed a short quick look in the evening. It seems like the lice did not like his hair cut to be a safe and appropriate living environment for them.

The concept of lice in the Jessie's hair didn't bother her. She used to love this night treatment. She used to sit gladly in front of television and enjoyed her treatment. While Kristen was working on her hair with the small toothed lice comb. She was thoroughly enjoying this, as if someone plays with her hair and she was thankful for this, in spite of the conditions.
