Abstract

The research aims investigating withdrawal and drop out ratio of college students. It was identified that the reason s behind the drop sown ration. A quantitative research is conducted to carry out the study. It involves a survey questionnaire as to provide detailed results of the study. It was also noted that results and suggestions of students were highly worth able to provide the solution to the s problem that arise in the present research.

Introduction

In nursing theory and research the theorist provide conceptual models and theory based researches as to identify the current situation in the form of research scenario. It was noted that the research and theories build knowledge in the field of nursing and to focuses on the issues related to the further research problem that arises in the field of nursing (Fitzpatrick, 2005)

In the higher education there is improvement in retention of students need to be catered in the file d of nursing. It was identified that the number of students is increased they have completed their education. The number of students decreased there is studying at present in the field of nursing. It was noted that the. The result may have cause interaction with different variables. The student's retention depends upon the characteristics of students, the institutional type, and motivation of the learner and the level of aspiration in retaining in the file of nursing. It is necessary to identify the student satisfaction level as to retain them in the institute (Zahi, 2013).

Researchers had also identified that the home visits can be made in the field of nursing as to identify the current scenario under the study. Researchers believed that the education goals may influence student's retention. The association between the retention of students and the variables is high in the current research. The environment campus effect the student as studies indicates the drop down ratio of the students that the irregular in attending the college. Many researchers depicted the facts the student's relationship between the retention and the demographic characteristics. It was noted that the age, gender, status affected the student ratio in the current study. The students that have drop down ratio was identified that they are married people, they have children and they live off the campus so the ratio of attending the college was low (Friedman, 2006).

Furthermore it was noted that the students either take one r two courses to give the test. The goals and retention of the students depends upon the regularity of ratio. If the students are regular in attending college they achieve the level of aspirating. Irregularity on the college leads to low performance and they do not attain their goals.
