Perfect Target

I assume myself to be the perfect target of the athletic shoe brands mainly because I believe I certainly belong to the age and other characteristics which are usually assumed to be related to the category of such athletic shoes (www.centuria.com). I have been buying the same athletic shoes for years now and I remain extremely loyal to the brand. The basic reason behind my loyalty is the quality and reliability of the athletic shoes. Being associated with the field of athletics, I have tried various brands for athletic shoes; however, I believe that my chosen brand is the best.

Expansion of Alternative Channels

I believe that the decision of athletic shoes company to expand alternative channels for the purpose of reaching a greater number of audiences along with making it easier for the customers to locate and buy the products (www.abaunited.com). I strongly support the idea of expanding the alternative channels. The company expanded its channels with intent to reach maximum number of target audiences and also to facilitate the shopping experiences of the customers (www.centauria.com). A website was developed and maintained effectively for the purpose of conducting the online business. However, before the development of website, it is extremely important to focus on the target market and their relevant requirements. Target market is basically the audience the business wants to attract and make sales to (www.abaunited.com). The company has taken good care of all these aspects.

Reflection over the Idea

In my opinion, the idea of using alternative channels from the part of company for the purpose of reaching a greater number of audiences is extremely useful and relates to the needs of modern world business requirements. I hugely support and appreciate the idea of expanding the alternative channels.

Marketing Problem

Kraft Foods being one of the largest companies of foods and beverages globally may have some challenges that need to be confronted and to settle the issues with the help of renewing the mission and vision of the company as per today's world of business. The challenges while renewing the mission and vision of the company may relate with the employees aspirations, achieving buy-in across in this firm which has a detailed hierarchy. To redesign and renew the statements the company must think about the insights which may influence the future of the renowned company.
