Introduction

Mandarin Gallery (MG) is a start-up second hand luxury retail store establishment located at the northern end of Kilburn High Road, London. MG expects to catch the moderate consumption capacity who favourite luxury goods and products. The company managed by two partners. These partners represent fashion marketing and sale management areas, the company plans to build up a strong position in the town. MG aims to offer high quality luxury products at a competitive price to meet the demand of the middle-high-income local market residents and tourist.

The Company

MG is incorporated in the Unite Kingdom of Great London. It is equally owned and managed by two partners. Miss. J.Deng has extensive experience in fashion marketing, she has been trained to have a creative eye to recognise trends and opportunities for the fashion market development. She was investigated the dynamics of the global fashion industry through analysis and researches and explore current and future trends in her previous media company. She was also involved promotion, communication and fashion branding.

Mr. Sunny Lo brings experience in the area of sales administration management, including a production and circulation of statistical information weekly sales figures as well as to cooper-ate the year end waiver review and filling. He has a good knowledge of management skills.

The company intends to hire two females full-time in the region of 25-30 year old to handle customer service and day to day operation.

MG's vision/mission

The organization plans to furnish their clients with the best online and store shopping background from starting to end, with a sharp, searchable site, simple to-accompany directions, clear and secure instalment systems, and quick, quality conveyance as well as five star face-to-face customer service in store. The company also intend to provide high quality world branch of luxury goods such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci etc.

Company goals

The goals of MG strategy should be to help increase the partner's value. Partner's value by their definition is not simply the value of the business. For the purposes partnersvalue has a number of different variables. It is each of these variables; Business Value, Net Profit, that give their business strategy goals.

It is true that nowadays all businesses owners wants to increase their business value, MG is the same.
