I must rethink the architecture of educational institutions, from which no one doubt of its importance in creating enabling environments in which people feel self-advocates in their educational process, no classrooms, no furniture and teacher-centered, but thought that a student must have at its all the possibilities available to learn on their own and as a significant support, the teacher who guides and advises. The teacher has the responsibility for layout basic structure of the learning environment, materials and arrangement of organization for special purposes. Discussion

The reason for highlighting the distance education was that, I searched a lot regarding the concept and found that if our company focus on offering Master's program in Environmental Sciences, it will really benefit for the growth of the company and for the betterment of the employees as well. For the distance learning program, I have chosen three universities for this program. First is the University of Ulster. It is offering master program for 4158 pounds for a time period of three years, which really attracted me during the online search. Second university the IT Sligo, Ireland, which is offering masters in Environmental Protection with a fee of 3,000 Euros per year, and the last university that I chose is the Thompson Rivers University, which is offering Masters in Environmental Science with a fee of $ 7650.
